Refund policy

All sales are final. Because our Open Edition, Limited Edition, and Hand-Embellished Edition prints represent limited-availability and individually produced fine art, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an Order has shipped.

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order was shipped with a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged in transit, please contact us at toni@hausofcollectors.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of both the artwork and the packaging it arrived in, so that we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Hand-Embellished Editions are individually hand-finished by or under the supervision of the represented artist. Variations in brushwork, texture, paint application, metallic leaf, or other hand-finished details are intentional characteristics of the artwork and are not considered defects.

All original artwork sold through the Website is final sale.
