Processing Time

Every artwork is made to order and produced at our New York production studio. Because we do not hold pre-made inventory, each piece begins production only after your order is placed.

To maintain the highest print quality, production takes place in scheduled batches on the 15th and 30th of each month. Orders placed shortly before a production date will typically ship sooner, while orders placed just after a production date will be included in the next production run.

Once your artwork has been produced, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary slightly during periods of high demand.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States.

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5-8 business days, depending on your location and carrier service.


Local Courier Delivery (New York City)

For select deliveries within New York City, we offer a premium local courier service. We work with a trusted network of professional courier partners and vehicles of various sizes to ensure your artwork is transported safely and efficiently.

When available, local courier delivery may provide same-day or expedited delivery, depending on your location and the timing of your order. If your order qualifies, we'll contact you to coordinate delivery.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations.

International orders are shipped for a flat rate of $75 USD. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in your purchase price or shipping fee and are collected by the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.


Packaging

Every artwork is professionally packaged using protective, gallery-grade materials designed to safeguard your print during transit. All shipments are insured for their full value.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for your artwork pass to you once your order has been delivered to the shipping carrier. While every shipment is professionally packaged and insured, we recommend inspecting your artwork promptly upon delivery.


Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. While we're happy to assist in tracking your shipment, Haus of Collectors cannot be held responsible for carrier delays once an order has left our production studio.


Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped and are not responsible for delays, lost shipments, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your artwork arrives damaged or your shipment appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery) at toni@hausofcollectors.com with your order number and clear photographs of the artwork and its packaging.

We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional information.
