Return Policy

All sales are final. Because each artwork is made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has shipped.

If your artwork arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at toni@hausofcollectors.com with your order number and photos of the artwork and packaging. We'll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.

Hand-Embellished Editions are individually finished by hand, making each piece unique. Variations in texture, brushwork, or finish are intentional and are not considered defects.
